Nice resort with good food and drinks

The resort was really nice. Staffs were nice, food options were great. Lots of variety of food and drinks.

Our room key was not working properly it was bit of a struggle to open then door. Reception staffs could be little bit friendlier.

Great place for a relaxing holiday.

Splendid view from the room balcony, out room was upgraded on arrival. Special shout out for the staff that will go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and valued. The staff is always kind, smiling and polite and they make sure you have a pleasant stay. Spacious room and shower room with everything you might need. Towels and beach towel changed everyday. Excellent size pools. We enjoyed the drinks especially the local beer. Very clean and well maintained outside area. Excellent beach, with clear water (but make sure you'll bring your water shoes).

The shower/bathroom water temperature was not appropiate for the weather, even on the highest temperature level the water was roughly lukeworm. Maybe when is 40 degrees C outside this is the right water temperature for showering but when is just 21 degrees C is not good enough for us.

I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit it again.

My stay at the hotel was perfect……I enjoyed it a lot and will definitely come back soon. The hotel is very nice, modern, and not crowded. The attractions and pools were great. The rooms were clean with new furniture, and the food was good, especially the Italian restaurant. All the staff were wonderful, especially the room service, lifeguard, restaurant staff, and the lady in customer relations.

the reservation team's weak support and lack of care……The AC in the restaurant was very weak, which was uncomfortable in the hot weather. ….Additionally, the beach is not sandy, so I didn't enjoy it as much. While the food was very good, the variety was limited.

Very Good

The resort itself is really nice and big, loved the tennis court lots of fun! The pool was really nice except very cold so could not really swim much. The staff were all very nice and accomodating!

The food was terrible & there was only Egyptian food for 1 of the nights out of the 6 nights we were there, the other time it was all the same even for lunch and breakfast. The animation lacked Egyptian culture for the night time events, would like to see more cultural dances to feel like Egypt. The room air conditioning was very strange, as it would not go below 20 degrees at night so often felt too hot in the room to sleep at night.

It was such a beautiful environment with the clean room, fresh air, impeccable service. Everybody was friendly, nice environment and comfortable. I really enjoyed staying my two nights there. Tasty food and service was really wonderful. Over all it was really amazing.

Wonderful

Read with care, every paragraph for a different topic . The resort is with good size not huge but not small. You will find 2 pools, the bigger one have a bar in the middle of it and is divided into two halfs one of them only is heated (but it is not small), the heated half have 2 nets for water polo and the other half have a net for water volleyball. Rooms are huge, really big, with big bathroom and very well equipped and with nice decorations. Every room have a private beach chazlong in the balcony, which is nice as you have an open view to the pool and a side view to the beach, you can enjoy sunrise or sunset from your own room . I was in cluster two rooms (not beach rooms). Only one main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And then you will find two other restaurants for a la carté. Hence, you will find a main restaurant nearby the beach for snacks (and it was very good compared that this restaurant is only snacks and ice cream). Food was great, chiefs were very kind and always smiling, they were very helpful with old people (when my mother asks for anything as an old lady they serve her and with a ). Bedouin lady with fresh traditional Egyptian bread was great choice. Food was great for me and all my family ️. Animation team was good, they encourage you to participate in the activities with a polite way. Hence, they have different activities every day and we had a really good time with them. The beach is very good and big. You will find diving center and safari organiser. They have another resort in the other side, but it's for adults only 16+, but it's more quite not noisy like other adults hotels. But very luxurious equipment and design, and food is better than this one (not yet on booking, but I asked about the prices it's the same). Thanks to Mr. Nasr he gave us a tour there and he was very helpful as we requested for a late check out for only one room of our three rooms and he provided that.

Read with extra care . Internet is slow, if you need faster internet they will charge you extra money. Buy a SIM card from the airport it will be very good and far cheaper. They will give you one a la carté restaurant visit if your booking is 4 nights or more, and 2 visits if 7 nights or more. Mr. Nasr was going to give me an exception for that but I requested this on my last night (I was 3 nights). No fresh juice in all meals even breakfast, it is available with extra charge. It wasn't cool and they need to enhance this point. They have bicycles to the guests for free, but they told me it was in repair (all of them !!! Strange).

The resort was very convenient for families, and the stuff was very helpful in solving our problem as we face a problem in updating our reservation specifically MR.Mohamed Saher & MR.Hamza on the reception , The facilities is very good , also the food was very delicious and have different varieties

This was our second time returning as we enjoyed the hotel so much before! The staff are exceptional and were so kind to us and our daughter. The food has improved since our last visit a few months ago

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities, Though Room for Improvement

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. Housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the quiet pool area, which offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The hotel boasts multiple dining venues, each offering delicious options to suit any palate. The location is also a major plus, with easy accessibility to the airport making travel a breeze. Additionally, the convenience store within the resort was a lifesaver for any last-minute needs. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

While my stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The WiFi connection was very poor, which was disappointing given the high room charge. Additionally, the key cards had some issues and required multiple visits to the reception desk to resolve, which was inconvenient. The food variety was limited during our stay, and I expected more options from a 5-star hotel. The salad selection was particularly lacking, and the healthy corner needs to be brought up to standard, especially for guests seeking gluten-free and vegan options. Lastly, loud music from the neighboring resort was quite disruptive and detracted from the overall tranquility of the hotel. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the guest experience in the future.
